Vinyl Prep Cleaner, 14 fluid ounce Aerosol spray can, SEM Products. A strong solvent blend formulated specifically for cleaning and preparing vinyl surfaces prior to refinishing. Removes soil, wax, and grease while temporarily softening the substrate to promote superior adhesion of topcoats. Works quickly and is ready to use. Also available in a 1 quart bottle (see NPD part number C-CV).
