Renthal’s Twinwall technology uses a 7010-T73 outer tube paired with an ultra-high-strength 7010-T6 inner tube, both hard anodized to resist corrosion and wear from mud, water, and repeated use. Rubber seals protect the tube ends from cleaning fluids and debris, extending the life of your bars. The included injection-molded foam bar pad absorbs vibration while offering superior protection in crashes.
This handlebar is designed as a direct bolt-on replacement for 2016+ KTM SX125–450 models and other bikes running short bend, 1-1/8″ diameter bars. Laser marking guides precise positioning for consistent setup across multiple bikes. If your bike originally shipped with 7/8″ bars, you’ll need model-specific 1-1/8″ bar mounts to fit these bars correctly.
