This unit is based off the original Ford part number E83Z-16828-A and features the correct nylon color that was offered from 1988-1993. Restoration Note:
Ford originally offered the 1988-1989 Fox Mustang version under Ford part number E1FZ-16828-D. This part was superseded but not by the E83Z-16828-A but by a F2UZ-16828-B part that offered a color change to black that was not correct. The E83Z-16828-A part should have been the correct suppression by Ford but was not. This unit will allow for the proper off white color that was correct for 1988-1993 model years.
