The windshield pillar posts are crucial for your 1966-1967 Chevy II Nova’s exterior and structural integrity. Unfortunately, the A pillar can become so rusted over time that it will lose all function. Not only for aesthetics, but the pillar posts are necessary to support the windshield and drip rail, and for keeping unwanted rain water out. They are welded to your Chevy II’s body to create a frame for the windshield and drip rail channel. Rusted or damaged A pillars are not able to provide proper framing for your windshield, resulting in a poor fit and leakage issues. This A Pillar is manufactured to factory specs, is coated with weld thru primer and ready to weld onto your ride. As always, never cut your existing pillars until you receive your replacements.
