Drill a 3/16″ hole in the center at both ends of the rivet deep enough to reach the shaft.Place the shaft in a 20 ton press & push the end of the arm off the shaft.
Replace the bushings & install the 5/16″ x 1-1/2″ pin.Heat to red-hot & peen.
Passenger & Pickup.
Also used 1930-31 Trucks.
