Icon Forged Pistons are forged from high ductile 2618 alloy. They have dual forced pin oiling on most applications and offer lateral gas porting on high compression ratios. They are fully machined with deep valve Chevy LS Icon Forged Premium Pistons are forged from 2618 alloy. With an 1% silicon content 2618 alloy they are formulated and heat treated for the most demanding performance applications such as very high compression ratios, boosted application and nitrous. .
